It has a very slight chance of getting noticed. Emotes are displayed correctly which tells me HD-Textures are actually available for all mice.
I however will not just sit there and tranxformice it. Fullscreen is very useful for gameplay when you can see your mouse going offscreen. Object or window that occupies the complete computer screen, covering up anything in the background.
